Baba Ghanouj (Eggplant Dip)

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggplants
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 200ml Tahini Sesame Paste
  • 100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1teaspoon Salt
  • 30ml Lemon Juice

Preperation

Roast the eggplants in the oven until they are soft. Peel and ensure all skin is removed.

Blend all the ingredients together until all ingredients finely integrated.
