Greek Salad
Our Recipe Card Greek Salad 30 min 4 servings Ingredients 2 Large Tomato 2 Green Pepper 1 Onion 1 Large Cucumber 200g Greek Style Feta Cheese 1 tsp. Dried Oregano 1 tsp. Sumac 1 tsp. Dried Mint 1 tsp. Salt 100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100g Kalamata Olives Preperation Chop the vegetables into medium sized pieces. Combines all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Top with kalamata olives and feta cheese.
Garlic Bean Salad
Our Recipe Card Garlic Bean Salad 30 min 4 servings Ingredients 1Can White Kidney Beans 1Can Red Kidney Beans 1/2 cup Chopped Parsley 100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Crush Clove of Garlic 1/2 tsp. Salt 20ml Lemon Juice Preperation Pour the canned beans into a bowl and rinse well. Add in the chopped parsley. Ina separate bowl make the dressing out of the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Pour the dressing over the beans and mix well.
Mediterranean Salad
Our Recipe Card Mediterranean Salad 30 min 4 servings Ingredients 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce Chopped Medium Tomato 1 Chopped Medium Tomato 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Parsley 50ml Olive Oil 1tsp Dried Mint 1 tsp Dried Oregano 1/2 Crushed Clove of Garlic Salt Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp Salt 20ml Lemon Juice Preperation In a bowl, combine all ingredient and toss well. When adding in the spice and herbs spread out well throughout the salad.

Garnish the salad with twisted cheese and pita chips.

Drain the beets and remove the skins. Slice the beets in medium sized pieces. Add in the other ingredients and mix well.
