Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 2lb Quartered whole chicken
  • 250g Chopped celery
  • 250g Chopped carrots
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Chopped Zuccihni
  • 1/2 cup Rice
  • 1 tsp. Ground ginger
  • 1 Crushed clove of Garlic
  • 1 tsp.Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp.Ground Cinnamon

Preperation

Place the quartered chicken in a pot and add enough water to cover. Bring the pot to a boil and skim off the foam. Reduce the heat, then simmer the covered pot until the chicken is tender (about 30 minutes)
