Garlic Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1Can White Kidney Beans
  • 1Can Red Kidney Beans
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Parsley
  • 100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Crush Clove of Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 20ml Lemon Juice

Preperation

Pour the canned beans into a bowl and rinse well. Add in the chopped parsley. Ina separate bowl make the dressing out of the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Pour the dressing over the beans and mix well.
