Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Tomato
  • 2 Green Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Large Cucumber
  • 200g Greek Style Feta Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Sumac
  • 1 tsp. Dried Mint
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 100g Kalamata Olives

Preperation

Chop the vegetables into medium sized pieces. Combines all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Top with kalamata olives and feta cheese.
