Hummus (Chickpea Dip)

Ingredients

  • 1000g Whole Chickpeas
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1.5 cup Water
  • 1.5 cup Tahini Paste
  • 75ml Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Cumin(optional)

Preperation

Rinse the canned chickpeas. Blend until all ingredients are finely integrated.
