Foul (Fava Beans with Olive Oil)

Rinse the canned fava beans. Pour the Fava beans into a pot and add enough water to cover. Bring the beans to a boil on the stove. Once boiled place the beans in a bowl and mix in the olive oil, cumin, salt, and lemon juice. After mixing well, garnish with tomatoes and parsley.

1 Chopped Tomato
