Vegetable Soup

Bring the water to boil in a pot. Add the chopped vegetables and tomato juice. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. During the last five minutes of cooking, add the salt, pepper, ginger, and butter.

1/2 cup Chopped green beans

1/2 cup Chopped Celery

2 cups Tomato juice

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Pepper
